Cumato has been based in Paarl since 2011, with a small team that keeps production and support closely connected. Marius van der Merwe oversees the business, while Lindiwe Ndlovu manages production, Jaco Smit handles farm sourcing and Ayesha Khan coordinates sales. Thabo Molefe supervises courier fulfilment, Marli Botha leads recipe development and Siphesihle Dlamini looks after customer care.
